Your record of registration will be sent to you via email automatically upon completion of your registration.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Registration cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to the Secretariat.
Registration to Optimising Care 2023 is complimentary and numbers to attend are strictly limited. Those attending must be available to attend the full day. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact the Secretariat in writing immediately. For registration cancellations that occur within a week of the event, or a registrant is a no-show, a $50 late cancellation fee will apply.
In the event that in-person attendance is not possible due to COVID-19, in-person registrations will be automatically converted to virtual registration.
SUBSTITUTIONS
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised of the transfer in writing. Please email the name, position, phone and email address of the new delegate to [email protected]
TRAVEL & INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own insurance to cover loss (including flights & accommodation) incurred in the case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects.
